Alejandro García-Huidobro is a commercial engineer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. At the age of 26 he founded Prize SuperFruits, a company dedicated to the production, export and distribution of twelve fruit species worldwide. An important part of its exports comes from its own production in countries such as Chile, Peru, Mexico and China. It also has strategic alliances with producers in Georgia and Morocco, in addition to Chile, where it collaborates with more than 200 producers.

At the beginning, Prize focused on exporting kiwis, establishing a close collaboration with the New Zealand multinational Zespri. Subsequently, it diversified its fruit offer, positioning cherries as its main product. Currently, Prize SuperFruits has established itself as one of Chile’s leading cherry exporters.

Since 2016, Alejandro has led a diversification process, betting heavily on the development of blueberries with differentiated genetics and own production, applying cutting-edge technologies. Thanks to this, he has achieved a solid positioning worldwide and a successful diversification in two key crops: cherries and blueberries.

Alejandro is recognized for his strategic vision, his ability to identify opportunities and take risks, as well as his focus on quality and efficiency, attributes that have been fundamental to the success of Prize SuperFruits.

Iván Marambio is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Diego Portales, who has dedicated a large part of his professional career to the Chilean fruit sector. His career in this industry began in 2000, when he joined Dole Chile S.A. as an executive.

During his time at Dole Chile S.A., Mr. Marambio assumed leadership roles in the legal areas, not only for Chile, but also for Latin America and South Africa.
