Cherries have been one of the fastest growing fruits in Chile and in the southern hemisphere in the last decade. The expansion in supply and demand for this fruit -especially in the Chinese market– has made it a key part of the strategy of regional producers and exporters.

In this context and to deepen the issues affecting the sector, the Global Cherry Summit -jointly organized by Yentzen Group and the Frutas de Chile Cherry Committee (Ex-Asoex)- is positioned as the leading event of the cherry industry in the world.
